Mirzam's management team sincerely believes in reaching out and assisting those in need of assistance of any kind. The principals of the company are founding members of "Children Have the Right to Empowerment and Rehabilitation" (CHARTER), a not-for-profit that provides psychological and emotional support to abandoned "street" children in Durban, South Africa. Mirzam executives are planning a program that will encourage self-funded groups to visit South Africa to help with training and help establish CHARTER branches in other parts of South Africa.
